You still do not know what to use our oriental spice for? How about an oriental carrot puree with coconut milk? It's as simple as this: Take 250 g of finely chopped carrots and sauté them in 25 g of butter, a dash of water and 1 tsp of our Oriental Spice. After about 20 - 25 minutes the carrots should be soft enough to puree them together with 25 ml coconut milk. And that's it.
