BBQ Rub Fish Chefsache
Put your fin on it! Our BBQ Rub Fish turns your fish fillet into a refreshingly spicy treat thanks to mustard seeds, pepper, dill, sea salt and lemongrass.
Fish you catch with the rod, fish lovers with a good rub! Just take some oil and mix it with 1.5 tablespoons BBQ Rub Fish. Then rub the fish with the marinade and let it sit for at least an hour. Then grill or fry the fish and start enjoying.
Small tip: It is better not to add red wine to your fish! The high iron content of red wine can lead to an unpleasant aftertaste when combined with fish. If it should be a red wine, then pay attention to its iron content.
