Potato Wedges Chefsache
Tomato, Tomaato, Potato, Potaato! No matter how you slice it, potato wedges are better fries! Do you feel the same way? Then our Potato Wedges seasoning salt, gives you the right blend of herbs, pepper and sea salt you need! Quick, easy, delicious!
Super delicious potato wedges you get like this: Wash, dry and cut 600 g potatoes. Mix 2 teaspoons of seasoning with 1 tablespoon of oil and pour it over your cut potatoes. Then just put them in the oven at 210 °C (convection oven) or on the grill for about 35 minutes. Your better fries are ready!
A little tip: Once you've cut your potato wedges, soak them in water for about 20 minutes. This removes starch from the potatoes and makes them crispier later!
