Our Organic Sel Gris Guérande is much too good to be used to salt pasta water. Use it as a finishing salt for your fresh seafood, raw fish or roasted meat.

Salt production has a centuries-old tradition on the Guérande peninsula. Guérande is one of the few places in the world where precious fleur de sel is extracted.
