Paprika sweet Chefsache
Whether meat dishes, soups, sauces, cheese, quark dishes or dips - our Chefsache Paprika edelsüß refines your grilled dishes and side dishes with a sweet paprika note and gives them a slightly reddish color.
How about an onion and red wine marinade? Cut 50 g onions into rings and finely chop three cloves of garlic. Then add 1/4 l red wine, 6 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons Chefsache paprika edelsüß and 1 tablespoon rosemary. Now mix everything and let it sit overnight. The next day you can marinate your meat in it for about an hour.
Our tip: It is best to add sweet paprika to your dishes only towards the end, as otherwise slight bitter notes can develop due to excessive heating.
